ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী
My Dr BD অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করলে আপনি নিচের শর্তে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
১. সেবা কী
My Dr BD একটি স্বাস্থ্য-সহায়ক প্ল্যাটফর্ম: ওষুধ/খাবার/স্বাস্থ্য মাপের রেকর্ড ও রিমাইন্ডার, এবং নিবন্ধিত ডাক্তারদের সাথে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট ও ভিডিও কনসালটেশন বুক করার মাধ্যম। চিকিৎসা দেন সংশ্লিষ্ট ডাক্তার; My Dr BD চিকিৎসক নয় এবং চিকিৎসার ফলাফলের নিশ্চয়তা দেয় না।
২. জরুরি অবস্থা
অ্যাপটি জরুরি চিকিৎসার জন্য নয়। জরুরি অবস্থায় ৯৯৯-এ কল করুন বা নিকটস্থ হাসপাতালে যান।
৩. অ্যাকাউন্ট
আপনার মোবাইল নম্বর দিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা হয়। সঠিক তথ্য দিন এবং OTP কোড কাউকে জানাবেন না। অ্যাকাউন্টের কার্যকলাপের দায়িত্ব আপনার। নিয়ম ভাঙলে বা অপব্যবহার করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করা হতে পারে।
৪. সাবস্ক্রিপশন ও ফ্রি ট্রায়াল
নতুন অ্যাকাউন্ট সীমিত সময়ের ফ্রি ট্রায়াল পায়। ট্রায়ালের পর সব সুবিধা পেতে সাবস্ক্রিপশন প্ল্যান কিনতে হয়; কেনা প্ল্যান বর্তমান মেয়াদের শেষে যোগ হয়। মূল্য ও মেয়াদ কেনার আগে অ্যাপে দেখানো হয়।
৫. অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট ও পেমেন্ট
- ফি-সহ বুকিং পেমেন্ট না হওয়া পর্যন্ত অল্প সময় ধরে রাখা হয়; সময়ের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট না হলে বুকিং বাতিল হয়।
- মোট মূল্য = ডাক্তারের ফি + প্ল্যাটফর্ম ফি। ডাক্তারের ফি পুরোটাই ডাক্তার পান; প্ল্যাটফর্ম ফি আলাদাভাবে যোগ হয়।
- পেমেন্ট শুধু অনলাইনে (bKash, Nagad, কার্ড ইত্যাদি) গ্রহণ করা হয়।
- বাতিল বা রিফান্ড: ডাক্তার/সাপোর্ট বুকিং বাতিল করলে বা পেমেন্টের পর বুকিং আর সম্ভব না হলে রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ তৈরি হয় এবং যাচাই শেষে আপনার পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে ফেরত দেওয়া হয়। রিফান্ড-নীতির বিস্তারিত অ্যাপে বা সাপোর্টে পাওয়া যাবে।
৬. ব্যবহারে নিষেধ
মিথ্যা তথ্য দেওয়া, অন্যের অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার, সিস্টেমে আঘাত বা অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের চেষ্টা, ডাক্তার বা অন্য ব্যবহারকারীকে হয়রানি করা নিষিদ্ধ।
৭. দায়ের সীমা
আইন যতটুকু অনুমতি দেয়, My Dr BD অ্যাপের তথ্য বা ডাক্তারের পরামর্শের ওপর নির্ভর করে ঘটা ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়। সেবা বন্ধ বা বিঘ্নিত হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে।
৮. প্রাইভেসি
আপনার তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহৃত হয় তা প্রাইভেসি পলিসিতে আছে।
৯. পরিবর্তন ও যোগাযোগ

By using the My Dr BD app you agree to these terms.
1. The service
My Dr BD is a health-support platform: records and reminders for medicines, food and health readings, and a way to book appointments and video consultations with registered doctors. Treatment is provided by the doctor concerned; My Dr BD is not a medical practitioner and does not guarantee any outcome.
2. Emergencies
The app is not for emergencies. In an emergency call 999 or go to the nearest hospital.
3. Your account
Your account is opened with your mobile number. Give accurate information and never share your OTP code. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are misused.
4. Subscription and free trial
New accounts get a limited free trial. After it, a subscription plan is needed for full features; a plan you buy is added to the end of your current cover. The price and length are shown in the app before you buy.
5. Appointments and payment
- A booking with a fee is held for a short time until it is paid; if it is not paid in time it is cancelled.
- Total price = doctor's fee + platform fee. The doctor receives their fee in full; the platform fee is added separately.
- Payment is online only (bKash, Nagad, card, etc.).
- Cancellations and refunds: if a doctor or support cancels a booking, or a booking can no longer take place after payment, a refund request is created and, once checked, returned to your payment method. Refund details are available in the app or from support.
6. What you must not do
Giving false information, using someone else's account, attacking or trying to gain unauthorised access to the system, or harassing doctors or other users.
7. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, My Dr BD is not liable for harm arising from relying on information in the app or on a doctor's advice. The service may be interrupted or unavailable at times.

How we use your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
