অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলা

অ্যাপ থেকে (সবচেয়ে সহজ)

1. My Dr BD অ্যাপ খুলে নিচের মেনু (Menu) বাটনে যান।
2. “অ্যাপ সেটিংস” খুলুন।
3. “অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন” চাপুন এবং নিশ্চিত করুন।

অ্যাপে ঢুকতে না পারলে

আপনার নিবন্ধিত মোবাইল নম্বর থেকে (বা নম্বরটি উল্লেখ করে) [email protected]-এ “অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন” লিখে ইমেইল করুন। পরিচয় যাচাইয়ের পর আমরা অনুরোধ ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করব।

কী মুছে যায়, কী থাকে

• মুছে যায়: আপনার নাম, ছবি, বয়স, লিঙ্গ, জন্মতারিখ, রক্তের গ্রুপ, অ্যালার্জি, রোগের তালিকা, ঠিকানা, জরুরি যোগাযোগ, শেয়ার করা স্বাস্থ্য রিপোর্ট PDF, আপনার ফোন নম্বর এবং আপনার পাঠানো যোগাযোগ বার্তা।
• বেনামে থাকে: অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট ও পেমেন্টের হিসাব (কোনো নাম বা ফোন নম্বর ছাড়া) — আইন ও হিসাব-নিকাশের প্রয়োজনে ৬ বছর, তারপর মুছে ফেলা হয়। ডাক্তারের লেখা প্রেসক্রিপশন ডাক্তারের নিজস্ব রেকর্ড; তাতে আপনার পরিচয় সংযুক্ত থাকে না।
• আপনার ফোনের তথ্য (ওষুধ, মাপ, রেকর্ড) সার্ভারে নেই; অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে তা ফোন থেকে মুছে যায়। ফোনের ব্যাকআপ চালু থাকলে আপনার নিজের Google অ্যাকাউন্টে এর একটি কপি থাকতে পারে — তা আমাদের অ্যাপ থেকে মোছা যায় না, আপনার ফোনের Google ব্যাকআপ সেটিংস থেকে মুছুন।
• আপনার ফোন নম্বরের একমুখী হ্যাশ (নম্বরটি নয়) ফ্রি ট্রায়ালের তারিখ ও কেনা সাবস্ক্রিপশনের মেয়াদসহ রাখা হয়, যাতে একই নম্বরে আবার নিবন্ধন করলে দ্বিতীয়বার ফ্রি ট্রায়াল না পাওয়া যায় এবং কেনা মেয়াদ হারিয়ে না যায়।
• ব্যাকআপ: সার্ভারের ডেটাবেসের ব্যাকআপ ১৪ দিন ও শেয়ার করা রিপোর্ট PDF-এর ব্যাকআপ ৩৫ দিন রাখা হয়; মুছে ফেলা তথ্য এই সময় পর্যন্ত ব্যাকআপে থাকতে পারে, তারপর স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে মুছে যায়।
• খোলা (অনুষ্ঠিত হয়নি এমন) বুকিং বাতিল হয়ে যায়; পেমেন্ট হয়ে থাকলে রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ তৈরি হয়। চলমান সাবস্ক্রিপশনের অবশিষ্ট মেয়াদ অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছলে ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। মুছে ফেলা কাজ ফেরানো যায় না।

Delete your account and personal data

In the app (easiest)

1. Open the My Dr BD app and go to Menu.
2. Open “App settings”.
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

If you can't open the app

Email [email protected] with “Delete my account”, from the email you contacted us with or quoting your registered mobile number. We will complete the request within 30 days after verifying it is you.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your name, photo, age, gender, date of birth, blood group, allergies, conditions, address, emergency contact, shared health report PDFs, your phone number and the contact messages you sent.
• Kept anonymously: appointment and payment records (without any name or phone number), as needed for law and accounting, for 6 years and then deleted. Prescriptions written by a doctor are the doctor's own record and are not linked to your identity.
• Kept for abuse prevention: your free-trial dates and any paid subscription period, tied to a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your phone number, not the number itself. If you register again with the same number, your trial is not restarted and paid time continues.
• Data on your phone (medicines, readings, records) is not on our servers; it is removed when you uninstall the app. If your phone's backup is on, a copy may exist in your own Google account — our app cannot delete it; remove it in your phone's Google backup settings.
• Backups: copies of the server database are kept for 14 days and copies of shared report PDFs for 35 days; deleted data may remain in them for up to that long, then is removed automatically.
• Open bookings that have not taken place are cancelled, and a paid one gets a refund request. Remaining time on an active subscription is not refundable on deletion. Deletion cannot be undone.
